Individual Wellness:
A Key Component To Organizational Success

In today’s world, our teams are spending more and more time involved in their work.  Maybe not physically, but mentally. Therefore, it is imperative that the workplace provides a psychologically healthy and safe work environment.  This will dramatically reduce the challenges of presenteeism and at the same time, effectively support individuals that may be struggling with a mental illness.

Bridges Health has developed an award-winning program called MINDfull™. MINDfull™ has a tiered approach to supporting companies of all sizes and complexities that begins with the completion of a baseline assessment of the organization that provides gaps and strengths in the 13 psychosocial workplace factors identified in the "Standard".   With those results, your organization has specific, measurable outcomes that are sustainable and easily implemented, including recommendations of workshops, programs, and wellness strategies that tie into the holistic goal of a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.

Our programs and services are customizable to your work environment, and workshops can be tailored to all levels of the organization with a library of many topics that will encompass the many facets of psychological health and safety in the workplace and in your individual lives.

We are also proud to be considered a leader in the facilitation of Mental Health First Aid Certification training; training that was developed by the Mental Health Commissions of Canada training that has yielded evaluated outcomes that include increased mental health awareness, increased confidence assisting someone who is struggling with their mental health, and decreased stigma surrounding mental illness.

Our team prides itself on being able to bring our education and experience to the forefront and to be able to provide relevant information with impactful tools and information that people can take away and use in their work and everyday lives.

It’s one of the most powerful feelings when you walk into an organization that has a great culture and is all about their team and yours.

The workplace may not always be part of the issue; nevertheless, it can always be part of the solution.

The following training series are included in the MINDfull™ Program or may be offered as individual training sessions.

MINDfull

An award-winning program focused on improving psychological health & safety in the workplace.

Based on CSA's National “Standard" for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, Bridges Health facilitates workforce surveys, mental health policy review, and provides comprehensive assessments of an organization’s strengths and risk factors for psychological wellness in the workplace.

These data-driven results then direct the organization’s strategic initiatives surrounding the mental health of its employees.  Bridges Health then offers follow-up programs and services to fill any gaps recognized through the assessment results.
