Self care isn't selfish!


As we wrap up this Mental Health week, let us all remember that taking care of your mental wellness is a full-time, all year round job!


Consider these ways to practice self care:


- Turn off your phone and electronics
- Do things that make you laugh
- Stop saying sorry when you don't need to
- Get your body moving in a fun way
- Spend quality time with an animal
- Keep a running list of nice things that have been said to you
- Spend time outside and in nature
- Drink a lot of water!
- Prioritize sleep
- Eat healthy


And most of all, remember:

There is no health without mental health!
